防爆門系統設計

防爆區劃之進出口需裝設防火防爆門。相關規定如下：
• Doors in pressure-resistant walls should be arranged as follows:
• They should be normally closed and should close automatically. Personnel doors should be
  equipped with door closers or spring hinges. Vehicle doors should be equipped with power
  operators. Electrical power operators should be suitable for their environment (Electrical Equipment
  in Hazardous (Classified) Locations).
• All doors should be capable of resisting the same overpressures as the wall. The door manufacturer
  should provide test data or calculations to substantiate the adequacy of the door. Permanent
deformation under design loading is acceptable as long as the door stays in place to prevent the
propagation of pressure, flames and projectiles.
• Whenever possible, and not in disagreement with local codes, personnel doors on pressure-
resistant walls should open inward so that initial force pushes the door against the bar stop.
The latch throw should be minimum 3⁄4 in. (19 mm) and the bar stop should be minimum 5⁄8 in.
(16 mm) deep.
• Egress doors (doors opening out of the room and equipped with panic bars) preferably should be
installed at the ends of the exterior venting wall.
• When egress doors are required by local code on pressure resistant walls, the door and latch
should be designed to withstand the same pressure as the wall without disengaging.

防爆門之耐壓設計需與耐爆牆之強度相等，且須出具相關試驗報告或結構計算書。

防爆門之開啟方向，以向爆炸方向開啟為正常設計，常見國內非專業廠商忽略此一重點，將成為防爆區劃上一個弱性開口，也使業主花了防爆預算，卻達不到防爆功能，如迫於現場使用非要將門向外開啟不可，本公司另有外開系統防爆門，可提供專案搭配。

防爆門之防火時效須達2小時，如遇特殊危險場所(化學防爆實驗室)可設計至防火4小時。

如為軍方防爆門,或彈藥庫防爆門,設計時須兼顧抗炸門及防彈門兩種功能,一般的科技廠用防火門是無法符合這種需求,需要經專業團隊評估設計較為妥當。

軍用之彈藥庫防爆門有別於一般廠房用之防爆門，所以對於防爆門之設計依據自然也不相同，需參照TM5-1300之防爆門相關要求規範來設計，如此才能使損害防阻之功效發揮出來，也讓這樘防爆門能發揮真正的功能。

遇有風管穿越防爆牆時,應加裝防爆風管及防爆閘門.以確保防爆區劃之功能性。

抗炸防彈防爆門的真義

現今台灣市場上充斥著各型各樣的防爆門，實際上大家對於防爆門的定義極度模糊,遂造成諸多廠商有機會
魚目混珠，將防暴徒的門，也說是防爆門，很難破解開啟的門，也說是防爆門，究竟真正的防爆門是有哪些
功能呢？
1. 抗炸 - (能抵擋爆炸外力的破壞，須註明耐壓力數值，並經過公證單位實際驗證)
2. 防火 - (能作為防火區劃使用，須註明防火時效，並實際經過防火門試驗)
3 .防彈 - (防彈等級分五至六級，須經實際射擊通過)
具有上述功能的門，才算的上是一樘標準的防爆門。

六.防爆門之耐壓模擬:
目前市面上充斥的防爆門多半是引用結構計算來證明，但真正的防爆門除了結構計算之外，還需經過模擬爆炸試驗才行，因為結構計算是採用靜壓概念，但爆炸的發生是動壓現象，也就是爆炸壓力會隨著時間做改變，這是目前台灣的防爆門市場所遺漏的概念，所以兩者的概念是不同的，動壓的變化是以曲線來表示的。
